Sullivan has been dubbed the "best 14-year-old in the world" by Man City scouts, and as a result, the Premier League side have worked to secure his services before he signed a first-team professional contract with the Union.
On a brilliant weekend where Cavan made his pro debut, his older brother Quinn, 19, also netted a strike for the first-team in a 3-1 victory over the Portland Timbers. Less than 24 hours later, he was pictured in the stands rooting on Cavan and Union II.
